Discusses charitable trusts, the rule in Shelley's case, the Doctrine of Worthier Title, the Rule Against Perpetuities, and the Rule Against Accumulations. Also addresses fiduciary administration and federal estate and gift taxes.

Too Small:

The book is useful, but it's too small. I didn't see a size listed. This book is only 7"by 5". It makes the exhibits nearly impossible to read without a magnifying glass.
