It's all about the plan...:

Great ideas for people that get into Real Estate with a plan of building a business.
Helps to plan the foundation that every success story seems to have.
Good for motivation.
Only downside is the voices and chimes between each thought are a bit annoying.

The book was shipped quickly, and arrived before the estimated delivery date, a nice surprise.

An easy read with helpful ideas.:

Written in an easy to follow style which taps into Gary Keller's experience. Some helpful ideas would have taken years to otherwise stumble across.

Not totally worthless:

2.5 stars. First off, this book is directed at someone who runs a real estate business, not someone looking to start out in real estate. There were a few glimmers of insight but not much else. If you can pick up a copy for a dollar or two, it's worth looking through, but don't pay more than that.
Not recomended.
